EUROLASTIC TC 30 G rail is a pourable, two-component polysulfide sealant designed for sealing floor joints and connection joints in track construction. The material was specifically developed for joint areas that are subject to constant stress from vehicle traffic, foot traffic, temperature fluctuations, as well as moisture, fuels, oils, and de-icing salts.

Its primary application is in embedded rail systems, particularly light rail and streetcar systems. Thanks to its elastic properties, EUROLASTIC TC 30 G rail reliably accommodates movements between the rail and the adjacent slab and permanently seals the rail joint against moisture intrusion.

EUROLASTIC TC 30 S is a stable, high-quality, two-component polysulfide-based joint sealant designed for the reliable sealing of heavily stressed joints in track construction. Due to its stable consistency, the material is particularly suitable for areas where pourable systems cannot be used.

Typical applications include connection and expansion joints at gutter joints, sloped surfaces, transitions, edges, and component connections in light rail and streetcar systems. Even in challenging installation situations, EUROLASTIC TC 30 S allows for precise application and ensures a permanently elastic and liquid-tight seal.

Thanks to its high chemical resistance, EUROLASTIC TC 30 S is ideal for joint areas exposed to moisture, de-icing salts, oils, fuels, weather, and mechanical stress.

As a reliable complement to EUROLASTIC TC 30 G rail, EUROLASTIC TC 30 S ensures that even vertical, sloped, or hard-to-reach joint areas in track construction can be safely and permanently sealed.

EUROREPAIR PC 96 AS is a fast-curing, high-strength repair mortar designed for the restoration of damaged asphalt and mastic asphalt surfaces. In track construction, it is particularly suitable for areas directly adjacent to embedded light rail and streetcar tracks.

The material is used for reprofiling joint edges, chipped corners, spalls, and minor damage. Thanks to its high mechanical strength and good resistance to oils, de-icing salts, and chemical agents, EUROREPAIR PC 96 AS is ideal for traffic areas subject to constant stress.

When combined with EUROREPAIR HG 96 AS, it forms a coordinated system for fast and reliable repairs in track areas.
