EUROLASTIC TC 30 G TRAFFIC
Fast-curing 2-component polysulphide joint sealant
- Joint sealant: EUROLASTIC TC 30 G traffic
- Primer: EUROLASTIC PRIMER U 12 G traffic (absorbent substrates) EUROLASTIC PRIMER S2 (non-absorbent substrates)
- Backfill material: PE round cord (closed-cell)
SYSTEM HIGHLIGHTS:
- Very fast curing (within 60 to 120 minutes), significantly reduces blocking times
- Very high UV, weathering and ageing resistance
- 40% polysulfide content
- High temperature resistance
- over 10 years service life
- Unique repairability due to cold vulcanization
Due to the very fast reaction time of EUROLASTIC TC 30 G traffic, it is preferably processed efficiently with our specially developed potting systems, such as the Jointmaster 650, with high potting performance.
The high weather, UV and temperature resistance ensures that the joint seal remains permanently elastic and impermeable to liquids – this extends the renovation intervals and significantly reduces lifecycle costs.
EUROLASTIC TC 20 G
2-component polysulphide joint sealant
- Joint sealant: EUROLASTIC TC 20 G
- Primer: EUROLASTIC PRIMER U 12 G (absorbent substrates) EUROLASTIC PRIMER S2 (non-absorbent substrates)
- Backfill material: PE round cord (closed-cell)
SYSTEM HIGHLIGHTS:
- economic
- Very high UV, weathering and ageing resistance
- Fast curing (2-component system)
- Good chemical resistance
- High temperature resistance
- over 10 years service life
- Unique repairability due to cold vulcanization
EUROLASTIC TC 20 G guarantees secure movement absorption and a reliable sealing effect even in the event of severe temperature changes and dynamic load changes caused by traffic operations.
In addition, EUROLASTIC TC 20 G offers good chemical resistance, which is unavoidable in road use. The result is a durable, liquid-tight joint with high long-term performance – even under extreme environmental conditions
EUROLASTIC TC 15 G CABLEFIX
Self-levelling 2-component polysulphide-based casting compound
- Joint sealant: EUROLASTIC TC 15 G
- Primer: EUROLASTIC PRIMER U 12 G (absorbent substrates) EUROLASTIC PRIMER S2 (non-absorbent substrates)
- Backfill material: PE round cord (closed-cell)
SYSTEM HIGHLIGHTS:
- Optimum visibility, signal colors (e.g. red)
- Very fast curing (2-component system)
- Good chemical resistance
- High temperature resistance
- Optimized for embedding cables and wires
infrastructure such as sensor cables, power lines or empty conduits in combination with expansion joints. EUROLASTIC TC 15 G ensures stress-free, full-surface embedding and reliable sealing at the same time.
The chemical resistance ensures long-term protection.
The self-levelling properties ensure that the material adapts optimally to the course of the joint and the embedded components. EUROLASTIC TC 15 G is available in signal colors (e.g. red) to significantly increase the visibility of cables and pipes embedded in the roadway to prevent unintentional damage during maintenance work.
EUROTEK TK joint tape
Weather-resistant polysulphide joint tape
- Joint tape: EUROTEK TK joint tape
- Adhesive: EUROLASTIC TC 30 S – gray
- Primer: EUROLASTIC PRIMER U 12 G (absorbent substrates) EUROLASTIC PRIMER S2 (non-absorbent substrates) EUROLASTIC PRIMER ZM (heavy corrosion protection primer)
- Separating tape: EUROTAPE (aluminum laminated)
- Existing defective sealant (in the event of renovation)
SYSTEM HIGHLIGHTS:
- economic
- Very high chemical resistance (frost/de-icing agents)
- Protection against reinforcement corrosion
- Very high UV, weathering and ageing resistance
- Simple processing
- Excellent cold elasticity
- over 10 years service life
Thanks to its exceptional UV and weather resistance, the EUROTEK TK joint tape achieves a long-term durability of over 10 years. The high elasticity ensures reliable movement absorption even under extreme temperature and load changes.
The system is primarily used for waterproofing concrete sliding walls, but is also used in other non-traffic areas with high demands on durability, media resistance and flexibility. Thanks to its simple application – even with complex joints – it is an economical and durable solution for demanding structural waterproofing.
EUROREPAIR PC 96
Solvent-free 2-component epoxy resin mortar
- Mortar: EUROREPAIR PC 96
- Adhesion primer: EUROREPAIR HG 96
SYSTEM HIGHLIGHTS:
- Very high compressive strength (96N/mm²)
- Fast, controlled curing – Short blocking times
- Highly chemically resistant
- High UV and weather resistance
The formulation offers very good workability and enables the reprofiling of damage close to the surface through to deep damage that extends over the entire roadway cross-section.
The repair mortar has a high compressive and flexural tensile strength and is used in heavily stressed concrete surfaces where both chemical and mechanical resistance are required.
The system is available in three hardener speeds (slow, normal and fast) depending on the requirements, which means that processing can be optimally adapted to the respective construction site conditions.
EUROREPAIR PC 96 AS
Flexibilized 2-component epoxy resin mortar
- Mortar: EUROREPAIR PC 96 AS
- Adhesion primer: EUROREPAIR HG 96 AS
SYSTEM HIGHLIGHTS:
- Fast, controlled curing – Short blocking times
- High UV and weather resistance
- Very high compressive strength
- flexible, low-stress
The material is highly filled, pigmented and impresses with its easy application, fast curing and higher mechanical strength than asphalt. Thanks to its excellent adhesion to load-bearing substrates, it ensures a durable, chemically resistant repair.
