EUROLASTIC TC 30 G is a pourable, elastic, two-component polysulfide-based joint sealant that was specifically developed for industrial and commercial areas subject to high chemical and mechanical stresses, such as production facilities, warehouse and logistics areas, loading zones, and areas with forklift and vehicle traffic.

With its very high chemical resistance, elasticity, and liquid-tight properties, it ensures reliable operational safety even at temperatures ranging from minus 50 °C to plus 120 °C.

The cold-curing properties of polysulfide make it possible to seamlessly integrate joint repairs or sections of the floor into existing surfaces—without creating weak points in the connection between the old and newly applied polysulfide joint sealant. This allows repairs to be carried out quickly, safely, with liquid-tight results, and in a sustainable manner.

Thanks to its high polysulfide-polymer content of over 40%, EUROLASTIC TC 30 G is extremely resistant to chemicals, UV radiation, weathering, and aging.

EUROLASTIC TC 20 G is a cost-effective, pourable, elastic, two-component polysulfide-based joint sealant that can be applied by hand or using pouring systems.

EUROLASTIC TC 20 G ensures safe movement absorption and reliable sealing performance even under extreme temperature fluctuations and dynamic load cycles caused by forklifts, vehicles, and operational traffic.

In addition, EUROLASTIC TC 20 G offers good chemical resistance to oils, fuels, cleaning agents, and other substances that may be present in industrial and commercial settings. The result is a durable, liquid-tight joint with high long-term performance—even under demanding operating conditions.

The EUROX EDS Joint Profile WHG is a liquid-tight joint profile with high mechanical and chemical resistance, designed for component and connection joints in areas subject to the Water Resources Act.

It is approved by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBT) for use in LAU and HBV systems and is suitable for both the renovation and new construction of liquid-tight surfaces.

The combination of a highly elastic, chemically resistant polysulfide seal and supporting V4A stainless steel lamellae ensures a permanently liquid-tight, traffic-resistant, and low-vibration joint construction.

Thanks to its simple installation—which requires no welding or screws—it can be installed flush with the surrounding surface.

EUROREPAIR PC 96 is a fast-curing, two-component epoxy resin mortar for the repair of concrete in heavily loaded industrial, commercial, and traffic areas.

Its excellent workability allows for the repair of surface-level damage as well as deeper spalling in the concrete. Thanks to its high compressive and flexural tensile strength, EUROREPAIR PC 96 is particularly suitable for heavily trafficked areas where mechanical and chemical resistance are required.

Depending on requirements, the system is available in three curing speeds: slow, normal, and fast. This allows application to be optimally adapted to the respective job site conditions.

For areas with special water protection requirements, EUROREPAIR PC 96 is also available in a version approved under the German Water Resources Act (WHG).

EUROREPAIR PC 96 WHG is a heavy-duty, building-code-approved two-component epoxy resin mortar for the repair of heavily stressed concrete surfaces in industrial and commercial areas.

This high-strength mortar is particularly suitable for reprofiling joint edges, concrete upstands, and concrete and reinforced concrete components that are exposed to high mechanical or chemical stresses.

Thanks to its very high compressive strength, modulus of elasticity matched to that of concrete, and reliable curing, EUROREPAIR PC 96 WHG offers a durable and long-lasting solution for demanding repair work.

In addition, the system is approved for use in LAU facilities and thus meets special requirements for liquid-tight surfaces.

EURODUR EPH 0403 jointfill is an elastic, two-component epoxy-hybrid-based grout specifically developed for indoor use. The self-leveling, solvent-free formulation allows for even, clean application and ensures reliable sealing of joints.

Once cured, the material offers impressive long-term elasticity and good mechanical strength, allowing it to safely accommodate movement in the substrate. This makes EURODUR EPH 0403 jointfill ideal for joint filling in industrial, warehouse, and commercial spaces.
