EUROLASTIC TC 30 G is a pourable, elastic 2-component polysulphide-based joint sealant specially formulated for areas subject to the highest loads.

With its very high chemical resistance, elasticity and liquid-tight properties, it ensures reliable operational safety even at temperatures from minus 50 °C to plus 120 °C.

The cold-vulcanizing properties of polysulphide make it possible to seamlessly integrate joint renovations or one-day sections into existing surfaces – without weak points in the bond between the old and newly applied polysulphide joint sealant. This means that repairs can be carried out quickly, safely, liquid-tight and sustainably.

Thanks to the high polysulphide polymer content of over 40 %, EUROLASTIC TC 30 G is extremely resistant to chemicals, UV radiation, weathering and ageing.

EUROLASTIC TC 30 S is a stable, high-quality 2-component polysulphide-based joint sealant developed for joints subject to heavy loads. Its stable consistency enables precise application, even on vertical or inclined surfaces, and makes it the ideal solution wherever pourable systems cannot be used – for example on gutter joints or surfaces with steep slopes.

Like EUROLASTIC TC 30 G, EUROLASTIC TC 30 S also impresses with its very high chemical resistance. EUROLASTIC TC 30 S is also used as a high performance adhesive for the installation of polysulphide-based waterstops.

EUROLASTIC TC 30 S is therefore the perfect complement to EUROLASTIC TC 30 G and ensures that a highly elastic, liquid-tight and reliable joint seal is achieved even under difficult installation conditions.

EUROTEK TK Joint Tape WHG is a highly elastic, chemical-resistant, polysulphide-based sealing system for sealing expansion joints in LAU systems in accordance with WHG. It is ideal for sealing large joint widths, complex geometries, strong component movements or difficult bonding surfaces.

In combination with the specially matched EUROLASTIC TC 30 S grey adhesive system, a permanently elastic, liquid-tight joint seal is created that is approved by the building authorities.

It is laid in areas not subject to traffic to seal vertical and horizontal joints and to seal floor and wall connections.

EUROX EDS joint profile WHG is a liquid-tight, highly mechanically and chemically resilient joint profile.

The EUROX EDS joint profile WHG is approved by the German Institute for Building Technology for use in areas subject to the Water Resources Act and is used in mechanically and chemically highly stressed component and connection joints. The Eurox EDS WHG joint profile is designed for both the renovation and new construction of liquid-tight surfaces such as LAU systems.

The combination of highly elastic, chemically resistant polysulphide sealing and the supporting V4A stainless steel lamellas creates a liquid-tight, mechanically highly resilient, vibration-free joint construction that can be driven over and was specially developed for use in LAU and HBV systems in accordance with the Water Resources Act.

The simple installation without welding and screws allows for level installation.

EUROREPAIR PC 96 WHG is a heavy-duty, building authority approved 2-component epoxy resin mortar that has been specially developed for demanding applications in LAU systems. Its optimally balanced formulation enables easy processing and fast, reliable curing.

The high-strength mortar is ideal for the repair of concrete, reinforced concrete and precast concrete elements, such as the reprofiling of joint edges or concrete upstands under high mechanical or chemical loads. Thanks to its very high compressive strength and modulus of elasticity adapted to the concrete, it offers excellent durability and longevity.

EUROTEX TC 97 is a polysulphide lining specially designed for sealing difficult substrates in areas not subject to traffic.

If the renovation of existing catch basins is not possible at all or only possible with enormous effort using conventional renovation systems due to irreversible contamination or structural defects such as cracks or subsidence, the EUROTEX TC 97 can be laid directly over the existing substrate without major substrate pre-treatment thanks to its integrated carrier fleece and only needs to be anchored/glued at certain points.

EUROTEX TC 97 AS is the electrostatically dissipative version of the EUROTEX TC 97 lining system and offers excellent properties for dissipating static charges in combination with the advantages of the EUROTEX TC 97 system.
