2K polysulphide sealant
System description
The 2C polysulphide sealant EUROLASTIC TC 30 G gray is a building authority approved joint sealant for increased installation depths up to 1.6 times the joint width (meets the requirements of the DIBt building authority approval). It is resistant to chemicals, self-levelling and has an approved total deformation of 25%.
The stable version of the 2-component polysulphide sealant is EUROLASTIC TC 30 S gray. The joint sealant is resistant to chemicals and also has an approved total deformation of 25%.
All EUROLASTIC polysulphide sealants are characterized by the following properties:
- Chemically resistant
- Can be driven on with pneumatic and vulcanized tyres
- Partially repairable thanks to cold vulcanization
- Non-sticky, even at high temperatures (+50°C)
- Elastic, even at low temperatures (-40°C)
- Resistant to ageing, UV and weathering
- recyclable
- High notch resistance
Areas of application
New construction or renovation of horizontal (pourable) and vertical joints (stable) joints in LAU facilities in accordance with WHG with very high chemical loads, e.g. for process fields, tank farms, filling stations, filling plants, unloading stations, production areas, storage areas, etc.
