System description
2K epoxy resin hybrid casting compound EURODUR EPH 0402 crackfit is a flexibilized, self-levelling hybrid with high chemical and mechanical resistance.
The 2-component sealant is poured into the cleaned, widened crack or joint gap without primer. If the substrate sags, it can be poured again without further ado, as the material vulcanizes cold. Over-poured areas can be sanded with a diamond cup wheel without smearing.
The 2-component epoxy resin hybrid casting compound can be subsequently coated with epoxy resin systems. Due to its elastic properties, even minor movements in the cracks or notch joints can be absorbed.
Areas of application
Repair of cracks, filling of notch joints or for casting in sensor cables that are subject to high mechanical stress, e.g. in parking garages, container terminals, scrap yards, storage areas, hall transitions, recycling plants, assembly areas, etc.
