EUROLASTIC TC 30 G RAIL

System description

The 2-component polysulphide sealant EUROLASTIC TC 30 G rail in combination with the 2-component zinc dust primer EUROLASTIC Primer ZM ensures a durable joint seal. The bonding agent prevents the penetration of water and rust. The joint sealant is weather-resistant, self-levelling and has an approved total deformation of 35%.

Thanks to the high notch resistance of the 2-component polysulphide sealant EUROLASTIC TC 30 G rail, foreign objects, e.g. heels, do not damage the joint sealant.
Rail indentations of up to 3 mm can be easily accommodated.

All EUROLASTIC polysulphide sealants are characterized by the following properties:

• Can be driven on with pneumatic and vulcanized tyres
• Partially repairable thanks to cold vulcanization
• Non-sticky, even at high temperatures (+50°C)
• Elastic, even at low temperatures (-40°C)
• Resistant to ageing, UV and weathering
• recyclable
• High notch resistance
