2K polysulfide sealant
System description
The 2-component polysulphide sealant EUROLASTIC TC 30 G black is a chemical-resistant and self-levelling joint sealant with an approved total deformation of 35%.
The stable version of the 2-component polysulphide sealant is EUROLASTIC TC 30 S black. The thixotropic joint sealant is suitable for vertical joints. With a ZGV of 25%, it has the same high chemical resistance as the pourable polysulphide sealant.
All EUROLASTIC polysulphide sealants are characterized by the following properties:
- Chemically resistant
- Can be driven on with pneumatic and vulcanized tyres
- Partially repairable thanks to cold vulcanization
- Non-sticky, even at high temperatures (+50°C)
- Elastic, even at low temperatures (-40°C)
- Resistant to ageing, UV and weathering
- recyclable
- High notch resistance
Areas of application
New construction or renovation of horizontal floor joints (pourable) and vertical wall joints (stable) with very high chemical exposure in LAU facilities in accordance with WHG, e.g. process fields, tank farms, filling stations, bottling plants, unloading stations, production areas, storage areas, etc.
