System description

EUROLASTIC TC 30 G rail is a chemical-resistant, highly weatherproof, self-levelling 2-component polysulphide sealant with an approved total deformation of 35%. Thanks to our specially-developed 2-component zinc dust primer EUROLASTIC Primer ZM, which is applied to the cleaned and slag-blasted rails (cleanliness level SA 21/2), penetration by water and rust is impossible and a durable joint seal is guaranteed.

The high notching resistance of the EUROLASTIC TC 30 rail 2-component polysulphide sealant minimises penetration of foreign bodies into the joint sealant. Even at high or low external temperatures, the sealant remains tack-free and its notching resistance and resilience properties do not change. Rail settling of 3 mm can be absorbed without difficulty.
